3. \u00a0Oral defense time will be arranged by GIIASS office, and please submit all documents to office in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. \u00a0After submitting your application, if for various reasons you are unable to attend the oral defense, please notify the office immediately so that the withdrawal process can be initiated for you. Otherwise, your thesis grade will be calculated as zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. \u00a0For the form of oral defense, please consult your advisor and submit the required documents to the oral committee (no later than 2 weeks before the oral examination date).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. \u00a0The\u00a0Procedure for the Originality Check of Graduate Theses at Our University<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please follow the regulations stipulated in Article 5 and Article 7 of the\u00a0“Tamkang University Regulations for Graduate Degree Examinations.”<\/strong>\u00a0Submit the\u00a0three-stage thesis similarity comparison reports<\/strong>\u00a0in both\u00a0printed form<\/strong>\u00a0(thesis cover page + overall similarity report page with signatures from both the graduate student and the thesis advisor) and\u00a0complete electronic files<\/strong>.
