The departmental student association is managed and guided by the Office of Student Affairs, with the department chair serving as the advisor and directly interacting with the student association:
- Support for Student Activities: When support from the department is needed for activities, the student association can consult with the department office at any time.
- Regulations for Off-Campus Activities: For off-campus activities organized by the student association, approval from the department chair is required, and the chair or an assigned full-time faculty member must provide guidance.
- Participation in Departmental Meetings: The president of the student association serves as the representative at departmental meetings, responsible for reporting the latest activity updates to the faculty and promoting interaction between students and faculty.
