備註：

1.  請依照「淡江大學國際事務與戰略研究所博士班規定」辦理。

2.  指導老師若找校外教師、專家學者指導，必須與本校專任老師共同指導。

3.  博士候選人資格取得必須：(1)修滿畢業學分。(2)通過資格考試。

4.  「博士候選人資格」由教務處統一於本學期第17週核發。

5.  本學期論文大綱口試審查時間為：2026/11/1-12/25 ，請研究生自行詢問口委，排定時間後通知所辦以辦理教室借用，淡水校園或台北校園皆可。

6.  本校僅補助兩位校外委員論文大綱口試費每位1500元。

Remark：

1. Please apply in accordance with the provisions of：’’Regulation of Ph.D program of GIIASS, Tamkang University’’ and ‘’Thesis Proposal Defense Guideline’’.

2. If the advisor seeks guidance from external teachers, experts, or scholars, they must collaborate with the full-time teachers of the university.

3. Requirements to obtain the qualification of doctoral candidate: (1) Completion of graduation credits. (2) Passing the qualification examination.

4. The Doctoral Candidate Qualification will be officially issued by the Office of Academic Affairs in Week 17 of this semester.

5. Thesis proposal should be arranged from 2026/11/1-12/25 (Overdue submissions will not accepted). Graduate students are advised to consult with the oral committee, arrange a schedule, and inform the office for classroom use, available at either the Tamsui campus or Taipei campus.

6.  The university subsidizes only two external committee members for the thesis outline defense, with a fee of 1500 NT dollars per member.
