115學年度第1學期碩士班｜畢業程序：論文學位口試申請

115-1 Master｜Graduation Procedure：Apply for oral defense

備註：

1. 請依照本所「碩士班規定」及「口試同學注意事項」辦理。

2. 於國內（外）學術研討會或學術期刊中公開發表論文1篇—如未有公開發表論文，請務必參加本所舉辦之「畢業生論文公開發表會」（2026/12/17-18）

3. 口試時間及委員聯絡統一由所上安排，以下資料請勿逾期。

4.  如已提出申請後因各種因素無法進行口試，請務必通知所辦，以便為你辦理撤銷程序，否則論文成績將以零分計算。

5.  正式口試本部份，請務必自行詢問指導教授後再送交給口委（最晚需於口試日期前2週送交）。

2027/1/4～2027/1/10為本所安排正式論文口試期間，若因生涯規劃，口試時間欲提早者，請務必與本所連繫。

6. 本校研究生學位考試論文原創性比對作業程序，請依「淡江大學研究生學位考試辦法」第五條、第七條規定辦理，並繳交3階段論文比對報告紙本(論文封面+論文總比對頁面-研究生及指導老師簽名)及比對報告電子檔完整檔。論文比對系統：https://reurl.cc/YdgEO0

Remark：  

1.  Please apply in accordance with the provisions of：’’TKU Regulations on the Examination Process for Graduate Degrees’’ and ‘’some details about the oral defense’’.

2.  Present one paper at domestic (or international) academic conferences or academic journals — If you have not published any papers, please make sure to participate in the department’s “Graduate Thesis Public Presentation Event” （2026/12/17-18）.

3.  Oral defense time will be arranged by GIIASS office, and please submit all documents to office in time.

4.  After submitting your application, if for various reasons you are unable to attend the oral defense, please notify the office immediately so that the withdrawal process can be initiated for you. Otherwise, your thesis grade will be calculated as zero.

5.  For the form of oral defense, please consult your advisor and submit the required documents to the oral committee (no later than 2 weeks before the oral examination date).

6.  From 2027/1/4～2027/1/10,the formal thesis defense sessions are scheduled. If you wish to reschedule your defense due to career planning, please contact us promptly. 

7.  The Procedure for the Originality Check of Graduate Theses at Our University

Please follow the regulations stipulated in Article 5 and Article 7 of the “Tamkang University Regulations for Graduate Degree Examinations.” Submit the three-stage thesis similarity comparison reports in both printed form (thesis cover page + overall similarity report page with signatures from both the graduate student and the thesis advisor) and complete electronic files. (1) Before the student applies for the degree examination.

(2) When the thesis examination committee submits the student’s degree examination result form, they must review and confirm the originality report.

(3) When the student submits the printed version of the thesis.
