･ Today, GIIASS welcomes Mr. 陳心廉, researcher from the Threat Intelligence Research Center of Cisco Talos, to share on how to utilize internet sources to analyze modern cyber attacks and observe activities of the People’s Liberation Army(PLA).
･ Mr. 陳 pointed out that we need to incorporate technical analysis and see through the lens of strategic perspective to follow advanced persistent threats(APT).
･ The speaker also indicated the evolution of cyber attacks of PLA before and after its reforms, also, the new trends of employing phishing emails and outsourcing instruments of attack.
